Tim is a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and Mary Kate is a native Houstonian. Together, we bring a unique blend of local knowledge, discipline, and hands-on expertise to every Client we serve.

We’ve worn many hats in the real estate world:

• 17 years (combined) in resale home sales
• 18 years owning & operating a construction / remodeling company
• 60+ homes successfully flipped to date
